We ship globally, excluding Asia and certain remote regions. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before dispatch from our warehouse.

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with estimated delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS with estimated delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control such as customs processing or weather events. You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply to your order.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receipt, provided they are in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return/exchange
2. Wait for authorization – we will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific instructions
3. Securely package the item(s) with all original packaging and accessories, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items, credited to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-returnable items: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are final sale unless defective: Air Tube Replacements, Airbed Pumps, opened Awning Pegs, opened Camp Kitchen items, and used Camp Lighting products.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, defective product, or incorrect item received.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs, is the property of Full Camp Gear or our suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without our prior written permission.
